Plot

In the rugged terrain of Arizona, Sheriff Hawley (John Beach) seeks to control the fiery Belle Starr (Natalie Moorhead), fresh from serving a five-year prison term - an unjust sentence tied to the cattle rustling misdeeds of her late husband. As she finds herself on the brink of falling back into a world of corruption, "Hopalong" Cassidy (William Boyd) of the Bar-20 Ranch becomes her unexpected savior. He entrusts Belle with his horse, enabling her to evade the Sheriff's clutches and reunite with her daughter Jacqueline (Dorothy Short) on their embattled ranch. However, danger lurks closer to home in the form of her devious foreman, "Trister" (Leo J. McMahon), a puppet in the hands of the conniving Dan Ringo ('Alden 'Stephen' Chase'). The duo is enmeshed in a nefarious plot to steal Bar-20 cattle and sell them to the cunning cattle-buyer "Trimmer" Winkler (Lane Chandler). But their plans are foiled by the sharpshooting prowess of young Artie Peters (Billy King), son of Bar-20's stalwart foreman, Buck Peters (John Elliott). As the threat of rustling looms over Belle's own cattle, the quick-thinking Cassidy hatches a plan to protect the herd. He embeds a small Mexican coin in the hoof of one of the cattle, a clever tactic to unearth evidence of brand tampering. The tension mounts as Hoppy navigates the treacherous world of cattle rustling, determined to expose the true culprits and clear Belle's tarnished name. The heart of Arizona beats with suspense, as the lines between friends and foes blur in this exhilarating tale of justice, courage, and redemption.
