Daylight's End (2016)

A mysterious plague transformed much of the world's population into creatures like vampires, and the few humans that managed to escape unchanged and uneaten went into hiding to protect themselves. It's been years since the outbreak first occurred when a lonely traveler comes upon a group of survivors who have made a home of the police station. He agrees to help them mount a defense against the invading horde of monsters and stage a bold escape to a mythical place of safety. The drifter is competent, but he has a dark past that could very well come to visit itself upon the survivors.
