Black Death (2010)

As England is ravaged by the first outbreak of the bubonic plague, rumors persist of a tiny and isolated village that has the power to bring the dead back to life. The monk Osmund is given the job of leading a group of mercenaries to the town to investigate the rumors and determine whether dark forces are at work. It doesn't take them long to discover that the town has been taken over by a necromancer known as Langiva. But despite the implications of Satanic powers at work, the town itself seems to be happy and peaceful even as the world around it falls apart.
