In the sun-soaked landscape of Southern California, we meet Liz McCann, a relentless realtor and single mother whose life mirrors the bustling rhythm of her workaholic father, Jack Travers, a seasoned banker. Her work leaves little room for the festive cheer of Christmas, a holiday she perceives as a mere disturbance, only useful for leveraging the holiday spirit of others for her business advantage. But her nine-year-old son, Mason, yearns for the warmth of the Yuletide season. Despite Liz’s dismissal of the holiday, Mason persuades her to spend Christmas with Jack, who has recently moved to an elusive little town called Hollyville, a place mysteriously absent from any map. As they step into Hollyville, Mason is instantly captivated by the town's vibrant life and the distinctive Christmas spirit that seems to permeate every corner, particularly the enigmatic N.P. Kevin, like Jack, found solace in Hollyville when his life was on a downward spiral. Together, they endeavour to make Liz realise that belief and faith can render her life more meaningful. Just a week before Christmas, Liz and Mason find themselves in a town brimming with holiday spirit and strange, enchanting events that challenge everything Liz once stood for.
