In the heartland of Wagga, a town where sports rivalries run deep and loyalties are divided between Afl and Nrl, we meet our protagonist, Chase Daylight. Once a promising NRL aspirant, Chase now finds his dreams of glory fading into obscurity, mirroring the decline of his relationship with his beloved Brooke. In a desperate bid to reclaim his life and dreams, Chase makes a daring, yet potentially disastrous leap of faith. The road to redemption, however, is steeped in challenges. His teammates, woven from the same wild fabric, are unwilling to let him abandon his hedonistic lifestyle without a battle. As Chase navigates through this tumultuous journey, he begins to realize that his brave leap might not be the catalyst for change he had hoped for, but instead the most catastrophic decision he's ever made.
