Captive State (2019)

Despite Earth being invaded roughly a decade prior, life still continues for humanity. For those in the poorest parts of the city, the occupation resembles a police state. Ruthless surveillance and a disregard for human rights has bred anger among the citizens, but dissent is treated with crude violence. But a few revolutionaries stand against the cruel occupation. These Chicago residents don't have to just contend with the alien invaders and their state-of-the-art weaponry. They also have to worry about humans that have given in and assisted the alien invaders. For revolution to happen, it will have to extend beyond Chicago.
