Plot
9 is a simple rag doll who has that number stitched into his back. He comes to life and discovers that the world has become a wasteland. It appears that humans have lost the struggle of man versus machine. 9 ventures through this hellish landscape and discovers that there are other rag dolls just like him. They also have numbers stitched into their backs. These other rag dolls explain to 9 that he holds a device that may help them save humanity.
