Blast from the Past (1999)

Adam Weber hasn't led a normal life. In the 1960s, Adam's eccentric parents moved the family into a fallout shelter with enough supplies to survive more than 30 years. As supplies begin to dwindle, Adam knows he's going to have to leave the shelter for supplies. When he emerges, he doesn't know what to do next. At this time, he meets Eve. Although she doesn't understand Adam's situation, she agrees to help.
