Tormented psychologist Peter Bower is grappling with the loss of his daughter, a victim of a tragic accident, when he moves to Sydney with his wife, Carol. His close friend and colleague, Dr. Duncan Stewart, orchestrates a line of peculiar patients for him, a seemingly generous move that is soon revealed to carry a cryptic undertone. Peter stumbles upon a chilling secret deeply intertwined with Stewart and his patients, a revelation that sends shivers down his spine and compels him to journey back to his hometown, False Creek.
