Decades ago, the prison was the stage for the ruthless warden's blood-drenched reign, ending the lives of eighty-five inmates. As the contestants confront tasks designed to exploit their deepest fears, they quickly become trapped in an escalating nightmare. The prison's spectral inhabitants begin to reveal themselves, orchestrating a terrifying ballet of gruesome encounters that blur the line between the living and the dead.
