Already Dead (2007)

Thomas Archer, a devoted family man and successful professional, sees his joyous life turned upside down when a home invasion results in the tragic death of his son and critical injuries to his wife, Sarah. The culprit, marked only by a unique wrist tattoo, escapes, leaving Thomas and Sarah grappling with an immeasurable loss. As the police case goes cold due to lack of evidence, Thomas' only solace is his therapy sessions with Dr. Heller, though they do little to assuage his suffering. In his darkest hour, Dr. Heller presents Thomas with a tantalizing opportunity. A clandestine group of vigilantes offers him the chance to face his son's killer and exact his own brand of justice, at a steep price of $500,000. Desperate for closure, Thomas agrees to the deal and is led into an eerie, camera-surveilled facility. There, he finds a man, gagged and bound, surrounded by instruments of torture.
