In the bustling heart of Higashizaka, resides a young stalwart scholar, Daisuke Higashida. His life, characterized by quiet solitude, is not a product of his dysfunctional family, which he loathes, but a deeply ingrained facet of his personality. The tranquil rhythm of Daisuke's life hits a sour note when his father's business crumbles into bankruptcy, catapulting him into the workforce.
