Kenshin Himura practiced the bloody art of the swordsman in a war where he picked the losing side. But that doesn't mean that he doesn't have a code of honor. A decade after the war, he's on a quest to repay the blood that he's spilled, he's dedicated his life to helping those in need. His journeys take him throughout Japan, but his arrival in Tokyo will change his life. When he meets the master of the Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu style of sword fighting and the school he teaches at, Kenshin finds an excuse to stick around in one place for a time.
