Plot
Elizabeth Keen's first day as an FBI investigator doesn't follow standard protocol. Red Reddington ― a notorious criminal who has eluded the FBI despite being on the Most Wanted List for years — has turned himself in on the condition that he be able to speak to Elizabeth. While he doesn't share exactly why he's so interested in her, he does make an interesting proposal — working together to track down and imprison the long list of criminals that he's had relationships with over the years. But Red is a strategic genius, and Elizabeth has to wonder if working with him means playing into his hand.
