Plot
The brilliant and internationally known private investigator Sherlock Holmes is given a modern update in this series that places Holmes and his assistant, Dr. John Watson, into a contemporary version of London. Holmes' peculiar personality makes it hard for him to maintain any conventional job, but it has earned him a reputation for being able to crack the crimes that ordinary police can't quite solve. With the help of his friend and former Iraq War vet John Watson, he's regularly called in as a consultant. But he has a rivalry with his more conventionally successful brother Mycroft and a developing threat in the form of the criminal impresario known as Moriarty.
