Fate plays its hand when He Chun, in a desperate bid to evade a persistent paparazzo, stumbles into Cheng Hsiao-Shih, fresh off a heartbreak from a recent breakup. The inadvertent clash results in an unintentional kiss, captured in all its unplanned glory by the paparazzo's eager lens. With no recourse, He Chun flees the scene, taking the bewildered Cheng Hsiao-Shih with him.
Thus begins a saga brimming with intrigue, as an unforeseen romance blossoms amidst a sea of endless rumors, painting a mesmerizing portrait of love, fame, and the surprising turns life often takes.
