Plot

"Quark" is a whimsical parody of the science fiction genre that takes you aboard the cosmic vessel of Adam Quark, the audacious captain of a United Galactic Sanitation Patrol ship. His eccentric crew features a host of unique entities: Gene/Jean, a fascinating "transmute" embodying both masculine and feminine traits; Ficus, a Vegeton who epitomizes the zenith of plant-human evolution; Andy, the trusty Android; and the ever-bickering Betty and Betty, entangled in an endless debate over who is the original and who the clone. Based in the ethereal expanse of Space Station Perma One, they are overseen by the enigmatic figures of Otto Palindrome and The Head. Though Quark's designated mission is to conduct sanitization patrols across the universe, the thrill of interstellar adventures frequently waylays him and his crew. They regularly cross paths with a vivid spectrum of space dwellers, from the nefarious High Gorgon - a classic villain of the Gorgon breed, to the ostentatious Zoltar the Magnificent, and the malevolent Zargon. The series, "Quark," promises a cosmic journey of humor and excitement, where the mundane task of space sanitation opens portals to riveting adventures.
