Plot
Jack Carter is a Deputy U.S. Marshal transporting his wayward teen daughter Zoe back to her mother's when he passes through the seemingly quaint and idyllic town of Eureka. But when a bizarre experiment leaves the sheriff crippled, Jack finds a place serving in his stead. But Jack Carter's mundanity makes him unique in Eureka. The town was created as a way of putting together the best minds in one place without it being noticed, and it's now home to a wide variety of mad science that regularly twists reality on its head. Jack may not understand it, but he's here to protect it.
