Outsourced (2010)

American Novelty Company has outsourced their customer service department to a call center in India, and Todd Dempsey is the hapless American put in charge of managing the remote office. It's a culture shock for the relatively sheltered Todd, and comedy arises from mishaps that occur on both sides of the cultural barrier. But while Todd works to keep his staff in line and learn more about the culture that he's now immersed in, he also discovers that we're all basically the same deep down. Fortunately, he has the assistance of another American and an Australian woman to help him get situated.
