Orange (2016)

In a twist of time and fate, Naho Takamiya finds herself in receipt of a missive from an unimaginable source - her own self, a decade into the future. This prophetic letter unfolds the chronicle of the day as it happens, foretelling the arrival of a fresh face in her class, Kakeru Naruse. The future Naho is laden with regret and seeks to alter the trajectory of the past by guiding her younger self to make wiser choices, particularly concerning Kakeru. The revelation that is most striking, however, is the absence of Kakeru in the world ten years hence. With a heartfelt plea from her future self, Naho is entrusted with the task of keeping a close eye on Kakeru, setting the stage for a poignant exploration of decisions, relationships, and the irrevocable passage of time.
