In the heart of Chicago's underworld, a skilled criminal mediator finds himself in a perilous predicament, forcing him to abscond from the city's gritty streets and seek refuge in a quaint Australian reef community in Far North Queensland. Under the guise of the town's new church Reverend, he adopts the alias "Mackenzie Boyd", a stark divergence from his shadowy past. The streets may have sharpened his cunning, but playing the role of the holy man is a sin he's unprepared for. As he navigates the unfamiliar terrain of faith and virtue, he's constantly on the brink of revealing his true identity.
