In the wake of his father's sudden job relocation, high school student Koutarou embarks on a quest to find affordable accommodation. His search leads him straight to Room 106 at the enchanting Corona House—a modest yet inviting apartment with a surprisingly low rent of just 5,000 yen a month. The cherry on top? A charmingly beautiful landlady, making the place seem like a steal. Just when Koutarou believes he's hit the housing jackpot, his tranquility is shattered by the sudden appearance of unexpected nocturnal visitors.
