In the bustling world of culinary enterprise and art, two contrasting souls cross paths, each carrying a world entirely different from the other. Jin Moo-Hak (Kim Min-Jae) is a self-made tycoon hailing from a family that transformed a humble gamjatang (pork bone stew) eatery into the global restaurant empire, Dondon F&B. Despite his lack of formal education, this second son possesses a remarkable knack for minting money, his street-smart upbringing in the market as a peddler blending with his relentless will to succeed. However, while his business acumen is unmatched, Moo-Hak's manner often lacks the dignity expected of his status. He is blunt, pragmatic, and driven by a single-minded focus on wealth, casting aside any pretense of sophistication. On the other hand, Kim Da-Li (Park Gyu-Young), a researcher in a prestigious art gallery, is the embodiment of elegance and erudition. The only child of a distinguished family, Da-Li's world is as rich in culture and languages as it is devoid of domestic skills. Rather than mastering the art of cooking, she's fluent in seven languages, her refined character contrasting sharply with her ineptitude in household chores. Their worlds collide when Da-Li's art gallery teeters on the brink of bankruptcy following her father's sudden demise. Unexpectedly, their relationship takes a new turn as creditor and debtor, with Moo-Hak's wealth standing between Da-Li and financial ruin. Unaware of each other's backgrounds, they find themselves drawn together, their initial encounter sparking a curious attraction. "Dali & Cocky Prince" is an engaging tale of two individuals from opposite ends of life's spectrum.
