Plot
The world has been overrun with a species of shapeshifting demons known as Yoma, and the weapons at humanity's disposal are not enough to stop them. The best hope for our continued survival as a species comes from entities known as Claymores. Half human and half demon, they vow to exact their revenge on the demons who's very blood courses through their veins. Clare is still near the bottom of the Claymore hierarchy, but it's not for a lack of trying. She's always willing to push herself to the edge for the sake of her friends, but it's a habit that tends to put her in danger.
