Under the shadow of New York's sprawling metropolis, a series of chilling disappearances unfurls within the stark, sterile walls of a local hospital. Here, the esteemed Dr. Dreylock imparts knowledge of anatomy, oblivious to the sinister events afoot. A macabre conspiracy unfolds as body parts vanish, leading to the brutal death of a cannibal worker caught pilfering a corpse's heart. This gruesome act is recognized by Lori Ridgeway, an anthropologist and assistant to Dr. Dreylock, as the ominous signature of a remote tribe that worships the cannibal god, Kito.
