Plot
A Gulf War veteran with PTSD and stretches of recurring amnesia is hitchhiking across the country when he ends up being accused of a murder that he didn't commit. Now confined to a mental institution, he's made a subject for a highly experimental psychiatric technique. He's to be dressed in a highly modified version of a straight jacket and placed inside a morgue drawer. The absolute isolation is believed to create a sense of lucidity — and while it works, it doesn't work quite the way the sadistic doctor expected. Instead, the veteran realizes that he's going to die in four days time.
