Who's That Girl (1987)

In the bustling streets of Manhattan, Louden Trott (Griffin Dunne), a lawyer on the cusp of marrying his tycoon boss Simon Worthington's (John McMartin's) exorbitantly spoilt daughter Wendy (Haviland Morris), finds his life turned upside down. Under the weight of an oppressive prenuptial agreement, Louden's life is further complicated when he's tasked with ensuring that the recently paroled Nikki Finn (Madonna), a woman with an unbroken spirit despite four years in jail, doesn't stir up trouble in the city. Yet, Nikki is on a mission to clear her name, and her infectious determination sets New York's rhythm askew in hilariously unexpected ways.
