Untraceable (2008)

Jennifer Marsh is a secret service agent who is put on the case of tracking down a notorious serial killer — but the lines quickly begin to blur regarding who is hunting whom. The unique methodology of this killer makes them especially dangerous. They perform their acts of torture and murder on an untraceable live stream, and things only grow worse for the victims the more people log in. But when the killer learns that Marsh is hunting them, they decide to turn their attentions to her. Suddenly everyone she knows is in danger from this sadistic killer.
