In the wake of their mother's sudden death, teenage twins Rachel and Theo are relocated to the unfamiliar cityscape of Auckland, settling into the lives of their distant relatives. Their mundane existence takes an unexpected turn when they cross paths with an array of alien races, their presence casting a shadow over the city. At the heart of this alien web are the seven Wilberforces, shapeshifters with a toxic love for decay and destruction, harboring a dire plan to decimate Earth.
