The Flintstones (1994)

Fred and Barney are best friends and work together too. Fred knows Barney and his wife desperately want to adopt a baby. Fred has some extra money and gives it to Barney so he can adopt a son. Barney doesn't know how to repay his friend for his generosity until the duo take a test at work. The test will determine who gets a huge promotion. Barney is qualified for the position and knows his test will prove it. When Barney takes a look at Fred's test answers, he figures out how to finally repay him.
