In the underbelly of Hong Kong's criminal world, the Ching Hing Gang abide by one unyielding edict: No narcotics trade. At its helm is Yu Nam, with his two trusty lieutenants, the principled and loyal Tin, and the calculating Jizo, a secret drug peddler unbeknownst to Nam. Mandated by Nam, Tin disciplines Jizo in a brutal manner, severing a finger and casting him out from the gang. A haunting echo of this event is felt in the same night when a tragic incident in Jizo's nightclub claims the life of Fung's wife, a police officer. Concurrently, jaded by the departure of his beloved, Tin pledges to switch allegiances. Fast forward fifteen years, the drug market is a four-way split, with Jizo reigning as Hong Kong's biggest drug lord. Tin, now a financial mogul and philanthropist, puts a staggering $100 million bounty on the head of the city's top drug dealer, sending ripples through both society and the shadowy underworld. As the city holds its breath, a colossal showdown brews between the two former comrades, now turned adversaries.
