Barry Allen wants nothing more than to travel back in time and save the life of his mother. But as the superhero known as the Flash, Allen actually has the ability to do that. Unfortunately, the consequences of his changes to the time stream leave him stranded in a dark future where superheroes as we know them never existed and Atlantis and the Amazons are in a constant state of war with one another. While Barry struggles with the loss of his superpowers, he also comes in touch with alternate versions of his former comrades, and he starts to regain his memory of the world as it should be.
