Plot

In the sprawling metropolis teeming with life's unexpected turns, Brad Walker (Matt di'Angelo), a once-respected city lawyer, finds himself in the throes of an unraveled existence. The bitter sting of betrayal hangs heavily in the air as Sasha (Anna Passey), his high-maintenance paramour, leaves him for his so-called ally, Tom (Christian Brassington). The wound deepens as he is unceremoniously ousted from his job, making it the most devastating day of his life. As the night descends, Brad's sorrow drowns in the company of his old friend Dean (Jeff Leach), their camaraderie providing a brief refuge. Amid the clinking glasses and the murmur of regret, Brad eavesdrops on a clandestine conversation between Phil (Darren Ripley) and Ben (Stephen Marcus), unsavory drug dealers under the employ of the notorious, small-time gangster Jack (Alan Ford). This fateful eavesdropping weaves a new thread into the fabric of his life, marking the beginning of an unpredictable 48-hour journey. What follows is a tumultuous, adrenaline-fueled roller coaster where Brad, charmed by a captivating call girl, treads the dangerous path of crime. In a daring act, he pilfers £400,000 from the ruthless gangland boss, Jack, igniting a desperate chase for every last penny. As the clock ticks, Brad's life spirals further into chaos, his actions threatening to consume him in the smoke of his own misadventures. In the heart of the city, his tale of loss, love, and larceny unravels, painting a riveting portrait of a man teetering on the edge of his own undoing.
