Plot

Returning from a grand European vacation, Simon, also known as The Saint, is entangled in a dangerous mission of trust and betrayal. Tasked with aiding Peter Johnson, a decorated World War I hero, Simon must escort a unique treasure worth $200,000 to Palm Springs - not gold or jewels, but three rare and highly coveted stamps, intended for Johnson's daughter. However, tranquility is short-lived as Johnson is brutally murdered in his New York apartment, the murderer thwarted in their attempt to seize the precious stamps. Undeterred, Simon embarks on his journey to the sun-drenched resort, only to find himself ambushed by a ruthless gang of foreign agents who pilfer the stamps from him. Elna, Johnson's stunning daughter, is skeptical of Simon's tale but offers him a narrow window of 24 hours to reclaim the stolen treasure before she alerts the Californian authorities. Together with his old ally Pearly Gates, a reformed pickpocket turned hotel detective, Simon dives into a whirlpool of deception and intrigue. In this gripping tale of suspense, they navigate a labyrinth of red herrings, racing against time to unravel the truth behind the stamps and unmask the murderer. The Saint in Palm Springs is a thrilling blend of mystery, danger, and captivating charm, set against the vibrant backdrop of a sun-soaked resort town.
