The Saint (1997)

Simon Templar is known as The Saint in professional circles, and his profession just happens to be thievery. He offers his skills to the highest bidder, but his latest job is going to be a serious challenge. A Russian tycoon he previously stole from wants him to steal the formula for cold fusion. It will pay enough money for Simon to retire, but the job becomes more complicated than he expected almost immediately. When Simon falls in love with the scientist he's been asked to steal from, he gets tangled up in a web of international intrigue and geopolitical posturing.
