Patrick, a journalist with a knack for uncovering the peculiar, navigates the world of VICE, a company that thrives on bizarre news. His life takes an unexpected turn when his sister Caroline embraces a new destiny within an enigmatic community, settling in an undisclosed country. Driven by familial ties, Patrick, along with his comrades Jake and Sam, brave the unknown as they embark on a journey to visit Caroline. Upon their arrival, they are welcomed by armed guides: a disconcerting sight that sends ripples of unease through the trio. As they delve deeper into Eden Parish, they discover a seemingly utopian community, led by the charismatic yet elusive Father. The Parish residents appear to live in harmony, their faces etched with joy and their faith unwavering. However, beneath the surface of this idyllic sanctuary, shadows of discontent begin to emerge.
