In the midst of a turbulent personal life, school teacher Rick Latimer finds himself grappling with the aftermath of a reckless act fueled by heartache and liquor. Spotting his ex-wife on a date with the lawyer that sealed their divorce, Rick succumbs to a fit of rage, vandalizing the lawyer's car.
