In the gritty underbelly of Philadelphia, a simple act of teenage rebellion spirals into a tragic nightmare for three friends. Chase meets an untimely end, Jake ends up with a bullet in his back, and Dillon, a championship wrestler, finds himself incarcerated for manslaughter.
