Dragged Across Concrete (2018)

Two cops with reputations for brutality and circumventing the law are let go from the force only to adapt their talents to their own benefit. They hatch a scheme to rob a group of robbers and keep the money, but things quickly become more complicated than they intended, and they find themselves in significant danger. The robbers, meanwhile, are dealing with conflicting agendas and conflicting personalities, and that creates its own complications for their heist. Practically everyone involved is simply struggling to survive, and they all find themselves trying to survive in a world of sharks while feeding off more than just scraps.
