In the gloomy shadows of his morgue, a reserved and solitary mortician, played by Method Man, finds his world unsettlingly stirred when the lifeless body of a woman stirs dormant memories from his own scarred past. As if haunted, he begins to notice a young boy lurking in the eerie vicinity of his sanctum of the dead, a presence as mysterious as it is persistent. When silence gives way to communication, the mortician discovers the boy's heartrending quest: a final glimpse of his deceased mother, a desperate bid to bid her farewell. However, the tendrils of danger creep closer as the boy is being hunted by the same shadowy figure responsible for his mother's untimely demise.
