In the throbbing heart of Hong Kong lies a police station, once a decadent clubhouse during the Japanese occupation in World War II. Its shadowy corners still echo with the chilling cries of Japanese soldiers who committed haka kiri there at war's end. Fast forward to present times, where the cunning thief Sneaky Ming (Billy Lau) finds himself ensnared within the station's haunting past. The ethereal inhabitants of the building deceive him, leading him to inadvertently unleash the formidable General Issei (Rico Chu), who rises once more as a bloodthirsty vampire, casting a pall of terror over the city. Amidst this spectral chaos, police officers Kam Mark-K (Jacky Cheung) and Man-Chill (Ricky Hui) rally their courage, racing against time to quell the supernatural storm unleashed by the malevolent vampire general.
