Starman (1986)

In the mesmerizing series Starman, an extraterrestrial voyager returns to Earth, 14 years after his first encounter, on a mission to locate the son he unknowingly fathered. Assuming the guise of Paul Forrester, an audacious and award-winning freelance photographer who perished in a helicopter crash, the alien embarks on his quest. His journey leads him to his offspring, Scott Hayden, who has been separated from his mother, Jenny. With a profound connection to his terrestrial past, Paul persuades Scott to join him in the search for Jenny, his former earthbound companion. Their path, however, is laden with obstacles, primarily in the form of George Fox. Fox, a government agent fueled by paranoia, perceives Paul and Scott as threats, relentlessly hunting them with an aim to capture, study, and potentially eliminate them.
