Rejected by society due to his monstrous features, he is compelled to navigate the dark underbelly of the city, where he becomes an unexpected asset in the world of crime. His skill and proficiency in this nefarious underworld provide him with a way to hide his scars behind a lifelike mask, purchased with his ill-gotten gains.
But as the money flows and the mask hides his disfigurement, Janos grapples with the moral implications of his deeds.
