In the grip of a mind-altering substance, Nick West embarks on a hedonistic journey with his girlfriend, Sammy. Their path of reckless abandon leads them to the chilling bowels of a forsaken asylum, where they stumble upon a grotesque contraption–a macabre melding of an electric chair and a disturbing fetish device. Their euphoric haze is violently shattered when an unseen entity brutally violates and murders Sammy, leaving Nick as the prime suspect. Years slip by as Nick languishes in a mental institution, haunted by the horrific memories.
