Plot

In the murky depths of Camp Crystal Lake, the relentless killer, Jason Voorhees, lies dormant, chained by the heroic Tommy Jarvis. The tranquility of this cursed place is shattered when a young telekinetic girl, Tina Shepherd, inadvertently frees Jason from his watery prison. Tina, haunted by her past, had prematurely wielded her powers as a child, causing the untimely death of her father at the same lake. Now, years later, she returns to the camp with her mother, bearing the weight of guilt and a confusing gift. Driven by remorse and longing, Tina attempts to resurrect her father, but the dark waters yield a different resurrection - Jason Voorhees, more monstrous than ever. Meanwhile, Tina's manipulative doctor, thirsty for power and control, aims to exploit her unique abilities for his own nefarious intentions. The camp once again becomes a chilling stage for Jason's relentless terror. As horror unfolds around her, Tina must harness her telekinetic powers, not only to thwart Jason's bloody rampage but to overcome her duplicitous doctor. The question lingers – can Tina use her extraordinary gift to finally bring an end to Jason's reign of horror, or has she unknowingly paved the way for his eternal return? In this thrilling chapter of the Friday the 13th saga, it's a deadly race against time as the New Blood is tested against an old evil.
