Plot
Tallulah leads a life of petty crime on the road with her boyfriend Nico. The couple lives out of a van, but Nico tires of the lifestyle and abandons Tallulah suddenly one day to return to his mother in New York City. Tallulah goes to New York hoping to find Nico, but she but ends up kidnapping a toddler after she observes the child’s mother frequently abandon the child. Tallulah is now on the run from the cops with little Maddy as she tries to re-establish ties with Nico and make friends with Nico’s unfriendly and troubled mother.
