Plot

Justin and Ryan made a pact years ago about success. If they didn't find success in LA by 30, they would move back home to Columbus. At a bar, they discuss the pact and then encounter an Albanian gang while leaving that night. Justin then pitches a video game idea at work, which is shot down by his boss. Ryan convinces Justin to don the uniforms from his game pitch to act as police officers. From there, the two reap various benefits by pretending to be officers. Justin's ruse even helps him start a relationship with waitress Josie. Ryan believes their actions will have consequences, and he might be proven right.
