Stripes (1981)

John Winger and Russell Ziskey are two best friends who are stuck in a rut. They decide to shake things up by enlisting in the army. During basic training, however, John starts to realize that he's in over his head when he's up against Sergeant Hulka. Louise and Stella are two beautiful MPs who make it all worthwhile. When the men end up in Communist Czechoslovakia after a mission gone wrong, it's up to John to save the day.
