Starred Up (2014)

Eric Love is 19 and already in prison. But his violent behavior gets him “starred up” from juvenile to adult-level prison where he only continues his hotheaded assaults. A prison therapist convinces Eric to join an anger management group where he runs into his father who is doing life in the same prison. Father and son clash but try to get along within an environment of complicated and brutal inter-prison rivalries that makes life inside harrowing and dangerous. Eric eventually crosses the criminal boss who rules the inside and Eric’s father is assigned to kill his own son.
