In the heart of the bustling city, Elmer, a humble dry cleaner, finds himself hopelessly entangled in an unrequited love affair with the dazzling stage siren, Trilby Drew. Night after night, donning an array of borrowed tuxedos, he rushes to the theatre to witness each of Trilby's mesmerizing performances, his heart pulsating to the rhythm of her every move on stage.
